More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
